Description
The S8510-24CD switch provides 24x 200G QSFP56 and 8x 400G QSFP-DD ports, delivering up to 16 Tbps switching capacity. Each 200G port supports 2x 100/50GbE or 4x 50/25GbE breakout, while each 400G port supports 400/200/100/50GbE for flexible high-speed aggregation. Powered by PicOS® with a perpetual license, it supports advanced L2/L3 features including MLAG, BGP, and OSPF, with EVPN-VXLAN (developing) and lossless Ethernet technologies such as RoCEv2, PFC, and ECN. Built-in security and five-year hardware and software support ensure reliable operation. Designed for high-density campus core and edge deployments, spine-leaf data centers, and modern lossless Ethernet architectures, the S8510-24CD primarily uses QSFP-based optics. It will be managed through the AmpCon-Campus platform (expected in V3.0), enabling automated Day 0–Day 2+ operations including ZTP, topology discovery, workflow automation, and real-time telemetry to simplify management and improve network visibility.
